Mr. Toufanian has tried over 150 jury and non-jury trials. He has successfully litigated many high-profile and serious felony cases including but not limited to Domestic Battery (misdemeanor and felony), DUI, Theft (misdemeanor and felony), Perjury, Drug Cases (possession, sale, and trafficking), Attempted Murder, Sexual Battery, Robbery, Carjacking, Kidnapping, Driving Under a Suspended License (misdemeanor and felony), Violation of Injunction, Firearm cases (including 10/20/Life), PRR, HFO, HVFO, VCC, Violations of Probation, and Burglary. In addition, he was appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida to handle sensitive cases.

Practice Area
Ms. Toufanian handles all aspects of a divorce case from pre-suit through appeal. Her practice areas include complex family law cases involving marital agreements (prenuptial and postnuptial agreements), divorce, spousal support (alimony), child custody and visitation, child relocation, child support, identification and valuation of assets and liabilities, division of marital property and debt (equitable distribution), mediation, domestic violence injunction (restraining order) cases, jurisdictional disputes, paternity, modification and enforcement proceedings of both domestic and foreign judgments, and appeals in family law cases. In addition to complex and high asset cases, Ms. Toufanian handles uncontested and simple dissolution of marriage cases.

Ms. Toufanian’s diverse background in complex family law litigation and appellate practice afford her a unique perspective and capability when representing people in litigation. Since graduating law school, Ms. Toufanian has resided and practiced law in Palm Beach County. She began her legal career by serving a two-year law clerkship with The Honorable Bobby W. Gunther of the Fourth District Court of Appeal in West Palm Beach, Florida. Following her clerkship, she spent over four years as an associate with Fisher & Bendeck, P.A., where she exclusively practiced marital and family law focusing on complex and high asset divorce cases. In 2012, Ms. Toufanian decided to join her husband, Cyrus K. Toufanian, to continue her practice of marital and family law.
